This Privacy Policy explains how OPM (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data when you use our website, applications and services (the “Services”).

4) Recipients and subcontractors

Technical service providers (hosting, email marketing, CRM, support), payment providers, analytics/marketing tools (if consented to), legally authorized authorities. Subcontracting agreements compliant with Article 28 of the GDPR.

Where applicable: Standard Contractual Clauses and additional measures to ensure an essentially equivalent level of protection.

  • Account/customer data: duration of the relationship then up to 3 years for marketing purposes (if consent is given).

  • Billing documents: 10 years.

  • Cookies: according to the duration indicated in the cookie management tool.

  • Applications: 2 years after last contact.
    Beyond that: deletion or anonymization.

TLS encryption, access controls, backups, logging, internal best practices. No system is completely invulnerable.

10) Minors

Services not intended for children less than [13/15/16] years old (To be specified according to your activity and obligations). In case of unauthorized collection, rapid deletion.

11) Automated decisions / profiling

No decisions producing legally sound effects uniquely on automated processing. Potential marketing profiling. with consent and the right to object.

12) Social networks

Interactions (likes, shares, comments) and SSO are subject to platform policies. We receive aggregated/anonymized statistics.

13) Marketing communications

Newsletter subscription is voluntary; you can unsubscribe at any time. SMS/WhatsApp messages are only sent with your consent.

14) Payments

Processing by service providers PCI-DSS certified. No storage of full card numbers on our servers; possible storage of tokens and metadata for tracking/anti-fraud purposes.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of linked third-party sites/applications. Please consult their policies.

16) Modifications

We may update this Policy. Substantial changes will be communicated appropriately. The date of the update is indicated at the top of the document.
