required<\/strong> - cancelation<\/h4><h4 data-start=\"6437\" data-end=\"6482\">17.1 Booking deposit (mandatory)<\/h4><p data-start=\"6483\" data-end=\"6709\">Booking an animal requires <strong assumes full responsibility: transport, food, environment, cohabitation, veterinary follow-up, care decisions.<\/p><h3 data-section-id=\"sf0nc8\" data-start=\"380\" data-end=\"465\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"384\" data-end=\"465\">18 bis) Guarding \u2013 delayed recovery \u2013 boarding at the Client&#039;s request<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p data-start=\"466\" data-end=\"835\"><strong data-start=\"466\" data-end=\"520\">18.1 Delay in collection after the agreed date<\/strong><br data-start=\"520\" data-end=\"523\" \/>When the Client fails to collect the Animal on the agreed date, for any reason whatsoever, a flat-rate boarding fee of <strong data-start=\"660\" data-end=\"706\">\u20ac50 including VAT per calendar day and per animal<\/strong> will be automatically billed from the day after the scheduled collection date until the actual collection of the Animal.<\/p><p data-start=\"837\" data-end=\"863\">Every day begun is due.<\/p><p data-start=\"865\" data-end=\"1199\"><strong data-start=\"865\" data-end=\"982\">18.2 Security at the Client&#039;s request (holidays, travel, temporary inability, personal convenience)<\/strong><br unavailability or any other request for boarding\/sitting.<\/p><p data-start=\"1201\" data-end=\"1364\">In this context, the security fees are set at <strong data-start=\"1254\" data-end=\"1299\">\u20ac50 including VAT per calendar day and per dog<\/strong>, unless otherwise agreed in writing beforehand.<\/p><p data-start=\"1366\" data-end=\"1471\">Babysitting is only accepted depending on Oksana Breeding&#039;s availability and after express agreement.<\/p><p data-start=\"1473\" data-end=\"1846\"><strong data-start=\"1473\" data-end=\"1521\">18.3 Boarding a dog until its sale<\/strong><br data-start=\"1521\" data-end=\"1524\" \/>At the express request of the Client, Oksana Breeding may agree to keep a dog pending its future sale.<br data-start=\"1640\" data-end=\"1643\" \/>This service is separate from the initial sale or transfer and incurs storage fees. <strong data-start=\"1771\" data-end=\"1816\">\u20ac50 including VAT per calendar day and per dog<\/strong>, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p><p data-start=\"1848\" data-end=\"1975\">Oksana Breeding does not guarantee in any way the sale of the dog within a specified period, nor the actual completion of this sale.<\/p><p data-start=\"1977\" data-end=\"2186\"><strong data-start=\"1977\" data-end=\"2019\">18.4 Payment of security fees<\/strong><br data-start=\"2019\" data-end=\"2022\" \/>The boarding fees are fully payable by the Client and must be settled on first request, or at the latest upon collection of the Animal.<\/p><p data-start=\"2188\" data-end=\"2408\">In the event of non-payment, Oksana Breeding reserves the right to suspend the return of the Animal within the limits authorized by law, and\/or to initiate any procedure necessary to obtain payment of the sums due.<\/p><p data-start=\"2410\" data-end=\"2862\"><strong data-start=\"2410\" data-end=\"2461\">18.5 Care, food and additional expenses<\/strong><br data-start=\"2461\" data-end=\"2464\" \/>The boarding fees cover the routine care of the animal.<br data-start=\"2528\" data-end=\"2531\" \/>In addition, any exceptional expenses incurred in the animal&#039;s interest, including but not limited to: veterinary care, medication, special food, transportation, medical emergencies, or any unusual expenses required during the boarding period, remain the sole responsibility of the client.<\/p><h4 data-start=\"8232\" data-end=\"8322\">19) Health status \u2013 veterinary certificate \u2013 certificate of commitment \u2013 documents submitted<\/h4><h4 data-start=\"8323\" data-end=\"8372\">19.1 Veterinary certificate (less than 3 months old)<\/h4><p data-start=\"8373\" data-end=\"8744\">When a dog or cat is given away or sold, Oksana Breeding provides a <strong data-start=\"8465\" data-end=\"8491\">veterinary certificate<\/strong> established by a veterinarian, issued <strong data-start=\"8527\" data-end=\"8571\">no later than three months before the sale<\/strong>. <br data-start=\"8610\" data-end=\"8613\" \/>The Client acknowledges that the Animal is handed over <strong data-start=\"8656\" data-end=\"8690\">in good apparent health condition<\/strong> on the date of delivery, in view of the veterinary certificate.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"8746\" data-end=\"8813\">19.2 Certificate of commitment and knowledge (minimum time limit)<\/h3><p data-start=\"8814\" data-end=\"9038\">The Client acknowledges that the transfer of a pet cannot take place less than <strong data-start=\"8902\" data-end=\"8913\">7 days<\/strong> after the delivery of the <strong data-start=\"8937\" data-end=\"8983\">certificate of commitment and knowledge<\/strong> to the assignee.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"9040\" data-end=\"9058\">19.3 Documents<\/h3><p data-start=\"9059\" data-end=\"9194\">The Client receives the mandatory documents (certificate\/transfer contract, identification, health information as applicable, etc.).<\/p><h4 data-start=\"9196\" data-end=\"9263\">20) Complications after delivery \u2013 costs to be borne by the buyer<\/h4><p data-start=\"9264\" data-end=\"9544\">After delivery, <strong data-start=\"9278\" data-end=\"9300\">any complication<\/strong> (illness, injury, accident, travel stress, digestive problems, etc.) as well as <strong data-start=\"9388\" data-end=\"9411\">all associated costs<\/strong> (consultations, tests, treatments, hospitalization, surgery, medications) remain <strong data-start=\"9500\" data-end=\"9543\">exclusively at the buyer&#039;s expense<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"9546\" data-end=\"9822\">Accordingly, <strong data-start=\"9562\" data-end=\"9614\">Oksana Breeding cannot be held responsible<\/strong>, Financially, no requests for reimbursement, participation, or coverage of medical expenses were made. <strong data-start=\"9725\" data-end=\"9740\">posterior<\/strong> at the handover, <strong data-start=\"9754\" data-end=\"9762\">except<\/strong> application of a mandatory legal right or proven fault\/fraud.<\/p><h4 data-start=\"9824\" data-end=\"9883\">21) Commercial withdrawal \/ \u201creturn\u201d (Live animals)<\/h4><p data-start=\"9884\" data-end=\"10111\">The right of withdrawal includes <strong data-start=\"9922\" data-end=\"9936\">exceptions<\/strong> provisions of the Consumer Code, in particular for the supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.<\/p><p data-start=\"10113\" data-end=\"10242\">Given the nature of a <strong data-start=\"10143\" data-end=\"10160\">live animal<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"10162\" data-end=\"10218\">Oksana Breeding does not offer any \u201ccommercial returns\u201d<\/strong> nor a reprise of the Animal.<\/p><p data-start=\"10244\" data-end=\"10398\"><strong data-start=\"10244\" data-end=\"10257\">Reserve :<\/strong> This clause does not exclude the application of mandatory legal rights (e.g., redhibitory defects\/hidden defects\/fraud), when applicable.<\/p><h4 data-start=\"10400\" data-end=\"10446\">22) Specific legal guarantees (Animals)<\/h4><p data-start=\"10447\" data-end=\"10870\">Since the <strong data-start=\"10457\" data-end=\"10477\">January 1, 2022<\/strong>, The sale of domestic animals is no longer subject to the provisions of the Consumer Code relating to the <strong data-start=\"10593\" data-end=\"10626\">legal guarantee of conformity<\/strong>. <br data-start=\"10665\" data-end=\"10668\" \/>The sale of animals is subject to a specific legal regime (particularly regarding defects),
